The channels were chosen by calculating all 2080 mono- and bipolar channels
for AAR model (model order:2 update coefficient: 2^(-60/8)) and bandpower
model (7-10,10-12,16-24 Hz) separately. The best channels of each of these
results (using leave-one-out cross-validation on the whole training set)
were then used in different combination. Combining the first 11 channels of
each gave the best result.
